We have not tested ENSnews connection speeds, but we assume they are all based on the plans that will be chosen.

Up to 50 simultaneous connections are available and free SSL encryption is provided.

If the user is experiencing any type of problems with the ENSnews service, he or she will have to enter the Usenet Support Center, enter the username and password and request the trouble ticket. After few minutes (once the username and password are propagated through the system), the user should get the access to the support service.
