There are no limits on download speeds.  Multiple gigE internet connections provide connection redundancy and ensure all USENET articles requested are delivered as fast as your internet connection allows.  Their server farms are located within the US.

UsenetRocket receives over 1 TeraByte, 1000 GigaBytes, of new files daily.

Quality of Service

They claim to offer offer 370+ days of retention in all binary newsgroups, which include the alt.binaries, MP3, multimedia, pictures, and software newsgroups.  They also claim 99% news server completion rate in all binary newsgroups.  However, we have not tried their service to say if those are true or not. Again we feel your money is best spent elsewhere as pricing for service level isn’t good.
